It all began back in 2018 when we tried to rent out Villa Tui (the house in the image). From there, we Northern Swedes were set up on a mission to redefine hospitality. Frustrated by the 24/7 demands of hosting and the logistical chaos for bookers, we founded Guestly Homes. Today, we are Northern Sweden’s go-to for corporate housing rentals, blending digital convenience with genuine warmth. With over 70 unique properties across Boden, Piteå Luleå and Skellefteå, we’re turning the grey, uninspiring standard onto its head. We aren’t just founders; we’re your hospitality nerds, committed to helping you as a property owner and making the guest journey and stay unforgettable. One of our guests, a family traveller, Helen, recently stayed with us on a business trip. She was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome from our house coordinator, Jenny and was impressed with the safety and security of our accommodations. She was also pleased that her room was equipped with fast WiFi and a comfortable workspace, allowing her to be productive during her stay. But what truly made her stay memorable was the small gesture of a complimentary welcome snack basket in her room upon arrival. It was a small touch, but it made her feel appreciated and valued as a guest.
Another of our guests, a young family named the Ruedigers, recently stayed with us while on winter vacation. They were impressed with the spacious accommodations and amenities that were perfect for their family. They were also happy to find that our accommodations were close to family-friendly activities, with snowmobiles and horseback riding, which made their vacation even more enjoyable. But what truly made their stay memorable was the small gesture of a complimentary ice cream cone for each of their children upon check-in. It was a slight touch, but it made them feel appreciated and valued as guests.
