1. Reservation Requirements: All guests will provide essential identification details and agree to our property-specific guidelines prior to booking.

2. Payment Terms: Full payment is typically required at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation Policy: Varies from flexible to strict, detailing refund amounts and timelines. Please check “What if I need to cancel my booking” down below.

4. Check-in and Check-out Times: Guests will adhere to specified check-in 3 pm and check-out 10 am unless otherwise arranged with the host.

5. House Rules: Guests will agree to and follow the house rules set by the host, which may include no smoking, pet policies, and noise restrictions.

6. Minimum and Maximum Stay Requirements: Some properties have minimum and maximum stay limits.

7. Security Deposits: We are not using secutity deposits. We do have a mandatory insurance that will cover any damages during the stay.

8. Age and Responsibility Requirements: The primary guest making the booking must be of a certain age, often over 18 or 21, and is responsible for all accompanying guests.

Do you want more flexibility? Or maybe you’d like a little more protection against a possible cancellation? Either way, it’s easy to change your cancellation policy once you decide on one that works for you.

Flexible

  • Guests can cancel until 24 hours before check-in for a full refund, and you won’t be paid
  • If you cancel after that, you’ll pay paid for each night you stay, plus 1 additional night

Moderate

  • Guests can cancel until 5 days before check-in for a full refund, and you won’t be paid
  • If you cancel after that, you’ll pay for each night they stay, plus 1 additional night, plus 50% for all unspent nights

Firm

  • To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in
  • If you cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you’ll pay 50% for all nights
  • If you cancel less than 7 days before check-in, you’ll pay paid 100% for all nights
  • Guests can also receive a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in

Strict

  • To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in
  • If you cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, you’ll pay 50% for all nights
  • If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, you’ll pay 50% for all nights
  • If you cancel after that, you’ll pay 100% for all nights

Strict Long term

If you choose this policy, it will apply to all stays of 28 days or longer and overrides your standard cancellation policy for those stays.

  • To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 28 days before check-in
  • If a guest cancels after that, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights spent, plus 30 additional nights
  • If fewer than 30 days remain on the reservation when the guest cancels, you’ll be paid 100% for all of those remaining nights

Flexible Long term

Well behaved small dogs are welcome for a charge of 990 SEK / per stay for extra cleaning.

We can sometimes be flexible on arrival and departure dates and times. If you are unable to select the dates you would like in the calendar please contact us.

Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is at 10 am. There is a late checkout option for 285 SEK. Please advise your requirements at the time of booking and we will confirm if it’s possible to accommodate a later check-out.

If you would like us to arrange a taxi to take you to the station or airport on your departure, please let us know in advance.

Check-in opens at 15:00, and checkout is at 11:00. If you need more flexibility, we’ll adjust when possible.

Yes. When the home is available, we’ll make it work. Just let us know. And you can always ask for this in your guest portal

For longer stays, mid-stay cleaning is available, weekly or bi-weekly. You can also request extra cleanings at any time.

Yes. All homes have fast, reliable WiFi with no extra setup or cost.
