Guestly Homes Terms & Conditions: A Guide to Joyful Stays

Where every stay is not just a transaction but a journey filled with value-added experiences, our terms are designed with a sprinkle of joy, ensuring clarity without the legal jargon. Let’s dive into the essentials of your home away from home!

🌈 Payment Bliss

Short-term Serenity (Under 1 Month): For those quick getaways or brief business trips, the full amount is kindly requested when booking.

Long-term Leisure (Over 3 Months): Embarking on a longer adventure? We ask for payment for the first 60 days upfront, with subsequent payments transitioning to a monthly bliss.

How to Pay: Whether you’re a fan of the simplicity of credit cards or prefer the directness of an IBAN bank transfer, we’ve got you covered. Choose your preferred pathway to payment serenity.

 🛌 Cancellation Policy: Flexible Futures

Short-term Stays (1-28 nights)

  • Immediate Cancellations: You must cancel within 48 hours of booking to qualify for a full refund, provided the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.

  • Early Cancellations: If you cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within the initial 48 hours of booking, you will be refunded 50% for all booked nights.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancelling between 7 and 14 days before check-in results in a 50% refund for all booked nights. After this period, no refund is available.

Mid-term Stays (29 nights – 365 nights)

Cancellation Policy:

  • To receive a full refund, you must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in.
  • No Refunds Beyond Cancellation Period: If you cancel beyond this window, you will be charged 100% for all booked nights, with no refunds available for any part of the stay.

Long-term Luminosity (More than 1 Year):

For our long-term guests, we blend stability with adaptability.

  • Notice Requirement: A change in plans can be accommodated with a 90-day mutual notice period. Notices must be submitted in writing.
  • After Notice Period: Refunds are not available beyond this framework, ensuring commitments are met with mindfulness.

Note: The above policies serve as our general guidelines. These terms are applicable unless alternate arrangements have been explicitly agreed upon and documented in your lease agreement.

We’re dedicated to making your stay with us not just comfortable, but also conducive to health and productivity. Here’s how our cleaning services contribute to this goal:

Bi-weekly Refresh: For guests staying more than 13 nights, we schedule a bi-weekly cleaning service to support a healthy living environment. This service, which includes changing your bedsheets and towels every two weeks, is designed to ensure your space supports your well-being and efficiency. A cleaning fee will be applied, aligning with our commitment to maintaining a pristine and productive setting for your extended stay.

Weekly Cleanings: Opt for our weekly cleaning service for an environment that continually fosters productivity and health. This additional service guarantees a consistently clean and organized space, allowing you to focus on your work and well-being with peace of mind.

Easy Check-Out Cleaning: We simplify your departure with our check-out cleaning service. For a nominal fee, we handle the cleaning post-departure, enabling you to move on to your next destination without the burden of tidying up, ensuring you leave feeling refreshed and unburdened.

Our focus on maintaining a clean and health-oriented environment is integral to our mission of providing a homely and productive experience for every guest.

– Flexible Reservations & Management: Life is unpredictable, and so are we. Enjoy the flexibility to adjust your plans with services designed to easily accommodate changes.
– Insurance: Rest easy knowing you’re covered up to 5 million euros for those just-in-case moments.
– Healthy Eating & More: Discounts at partner establishments and a host of additional services ensure your stay is not just comfortable but truly enjoyable.

Deposit Policy

Before starting your stay with us, a refundable security deposit of [amount decided per accommodation] is required for stays over 14 days. This deposit ensures the property is kept in good condition during your stay.

Refund Process:

  • The deposit will be returned within 60 days after check-out.
  • A thorough inspection will be conducted upon check-out to ensure the property is in the same condition as at check-in.

Deductions from the Deposit:

  • Repairs for damage beyond normal wear and tear.
  • Replacement or repair of windows, doors, screens, or other fixtures.
  • Floor covering repairs due to excessive damage.
  • Additional cleaning or repairs due to misuse or neglect.

📝 Insurance and Safety

Your safety and peace of mind are paramount. Our insurance covers unforeseen events, ensuring a worry-free stay. A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in to secure this protection.

VAT & Additional Charges

All our rates are transparent, with VAT 12 % and 25 % applied according to service type. Additional charges for extra services, such as electric vehicle charging or extra cleaning, are communicated upfront, ensuring no surprises.
