Welcome to our cozy two-story house in the family-friendly area of Södra Sunderbyn. With 150 sqm of space, this home has seven rooms, including five bedrooms. The kitchen is bright and modern, with plenty of room for dining. Next to it, there’s a comfy dining area and living room that opens onto a sunny deck. Whether you’re here with family or for work, it’s the perfect getaway for everyone!

Conveniently located, you’re just 20 minutes from Kallax Airport and 10 minutes from downtown by car. A quick 5-minute walk takes you to the nearest bus stop.
