You and your guests are welcome to our secluded and private villa, nestled within a lush forest plot, offering complete privacy and a sense of serenity. Step inside and be greeted by the natural light streaming through the large windows, and the 5 meters ceiling height that provides an open and airy feeling.
The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for creating delicious meals to be enjoyed at the big dinner table, with a view that will take your breath away. The kitchen windows frame the sea and the archipelago, providing a stunning backdrop for your meal.
The villa features two living rooms, one for TV and the other on the ground floor for just chilling and looking at the view and also enjoying the heat from the wood-burning stove.
The bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds, and a bed on the sleeping loft that will ensure you wake up well rested. There are two saunas, one in the main house and one close to the beach that you warm up with firewood. Perfect after a hot sauna bath just jumps in the sea for a swim to cool down.
Step outside and let the sound of waves and the smell of sea air refresh your mind and spirit, as you soak in the natural beauty of the Swedish coast.
You’ll find parking for 3 cars in front of the garage and house. The garage is warm year-round. There is also a boat harbor with possible access to a boat and 2 Jet Skis in the summer time.
The Ostigården area is a lush, green, and beautiful idyll in Norrbotten’s fantastic archipelago. Just 2 km away is Pite Havsbad, with an adventure pool, fine sandy beach, stores, restaurants that offer good food, and entertaining shows. Come and make yourself at home in this beautiful and tranquil place.

Welcome to our home! We want to ensure that you have the best possible experience during your stay, which is why we’ve included a cleaning fee that covers your departure clean. You’ll be able to check-in to a clean and tidy apartment and not have to worry about cleaning up before you go. This is all included in the cleaning fee, so you can relax and enjoy your stay. If you stay here longer than 13 days, there will be paid extra cleaning every second week. Contact us to get to know more about the cleaning fee.
