Hey there! We're so excited you've chosen our lovely abode for your stay. Here's a cheerful guide to ensure both you and the house have a fabulous time:
🚬 If you're a smoker, we get it! Just make sure to do so outside with the front door firmly shut. There are designated spots for your cigarette butts; let's keep our yard pristine! (Oh, and smoking indoors? That's a big no-no with a €1000 fee.)
🐾 As much as we adore furry friends, our home isn't pet-friendly. We hope you understand!
♻️ We're big on recycling - Mother Earth thanks you! Toss your cardboard, plastics, bottles, glass, metal, and organic bits accordingly. You'll find nifty green (for general waste) and brown (organic goodness) bins by the road. For everything else? There's a spot under the sink and another in the garage. Let's keep things tidy; there's a €150 fee if things get too messy.
🌡️ Cozy is key! We've set a comfy 22-degree temperature in the house for you. Perfect for snuggling up!
🛏️ If you're with us for more than 14 days (lucky us!), our cleaning team will breeze through bi-weekly. They'll appreciate it if you clear up personal items. And hey, fresh bedsheets are the best! We've got sets for you to swap out and wash bi-weekly. When it's time, simply strip the beds.
❄️ Watch your step! If it's icy outside, there's sand in the outhouse to keep things safe.
💡 Lights out! Don't forget to switch off the lamps when you step out.
👞 Got some work gear? Just leave it near the entrance. Keeps the rest of the house clean!
🔑 Keep the key safe in the Key Locker when you're out exploring.
🔥 Safety first! Fire extinguishers are in the hallway and upstairs toilet. There's also a first aid kit in the hallway bureau. With four smoke detectors, you're in safe hands!
🌛 The neighborhood's peaceful. Let's maintain the tranquility, especially between 10 PM - 6 AM.
