Welcome to our cozy, 93 sqm cabin in Hortlax, just a quick 15-minute drive from Piteå and easily accessible from the highway. Spread over two floors, this two-bedroom cabin is perfect for business trips, work stays, or family vacations. It has everything you need, including one king-size bed, two single beds, a relaxing sauna, and high-speed internet. Enjoy the cabin’s warm, rustic feel, the comfort of an indoor fireplace, and the tranquility of the surrounding nature, with a swim spot just a 10-minute walk away.

Here's a cheerful guide to ensure both you and the house have a fabulous time: 🚬 Where to Smoke: You can smoke in the dedicated smoking area which you can find in the Guidebook in your boarding-pass. Smoking indoors, and in the sauna will cost €1500. 🎊 Celebrating is important! Just make sure you don’t have any unannounced house parties inside the property. €1500 fee for hosting parties. 🪵 Follow the sauna guide in your boarding pass to avoid damage. Misuse may result in a €500 fee. Contact us with any questions before use. ♻️ Please recycle: Use green bins for general waste and brown bins for organics. Recycling instructions specific to your apartment can be found in your boarding pass. 🐾 Even though we love them too, no pets are allowed. 🧹 We’ll take care of the cleaning before, after and if it’s a longer stay than 21 nights - during your stay! Just make sure you keep it tidy. Keep it neat and sweet! A clean space saves you €200, plus €55 per hour for extra cleaning time. 🌡️ The temperature is set to 22 degrees Celsius and can be increased on demand for a small fee. 🌀 Leave the washing machine door open post-use and clean the dryer's water tank and lint trap. 🛏️ Enjoy bi-weekly cleanings for stays over 21 days!
