Bi-weekly Refresh: For guests staying more than 13 nights, we schedule a bi-weekly cleaning service to support a healthy living environment. This service, which includes changing your bedsheets and towels every two weeks, is designed to ensure your space supports your well-being and efficiency. A cleaning fee will be applied, aligning with our commitment to maintaining a pristine and productive setting for your extended stay.
Weekly Cleanings: Opt for our weekly cleaning service for an environment that continually fosters productivity and health. This additional service guarantees a consistently clean and organized space, allowing you to focus on your work and well-being with peace of mind.
Easy Check-Out Cleaning: We simplify your departure with our check-out cleaning service. For a nominal fee, we handle the cleaning post-departure, enabling you to move on to your next destination without the burden of tidying up, ensuring you leave feeling refreshed and unburdened.

Before starting your stay with us, a refundable security deposit of [amount decided per accommodation] is required for stays exceeding 14 days when the damage waiver is not in use. This deposit ensures the property is kept in good condition during your stay.

Your peace of mind is our priority. All bookings are protected under our mandatory Damage Waiver Program*, giving you coverage without the hassle.
Coverage includes:
Up to $1 million in liability protection
Up to $1 million in real property damage
$25,000 in contents damage (e.g., broken furniture, TVs, appliances)
Pricing:
850 SEK flat for stays of 1–29 days
685 SEK/month for each additional started month
This plan is automatically added to your booking and ensures you’re covered for unexpected mishaps. Claims are managed with your convenience in mind—notify our team, and we’ll handle the rest.

📋 Coverage is offered by InsureStays, via the RentalGuardian software distribution platform, and is subject to program terms and conditions and underwritten by Lloyd’s of London.
All our rates are transparent, with VAT 12 % and 25 % applied according to the extra service type added. Additional charges for extra services, such as electric vehicle charging or extra cleaning, are communicated upfront, ensuring no surprises.
