In 2018 we rented out our own villa and got schooled by chaos—lost keys, patchy cleaning, guests pacing the driveway at midnight. Guestly Homes was our answer.
For guests
Step off the plane, tap a code, drop your bags. The kitchen’s stocked, the Wi‑Fi flies, the blackout blinds tame Arctic sunlight. Need a crib at 23:00? A local picks up, sorts it, and checks back. Nights feel like your own flat, not a stopgap.
For bookers
One dashboard shows who’s in, for how long, and what it costs. Invoices land on time, itemised down to the last towel. Change dates, swap units, or add five more beds with three clicks. No phone tag, no mystery fees.
For property owners
We fit smart locks, set cleaning schedules, and walk the place every fortnight. Wear stays low because each stay averages six weeks and we reset the home between guests. You get steady income, photos of every visit, and a team that finds leaks before they stain the ceiling.
Today our 150‑plus homes across Boden, Piteå, Luleå, and Nyköping run at 85 % occupancy and a 4.9/5 guest score. Tomorrow? Better mattresses, greener power, and more homes that feel like home.
